How Long Will It Take To Repair My Phone?
Here at iFix we pride ourselves on a speedy and efficient service. Most repairs are carried out within 24 – 48 hours upon receiving your device; however this can be subject to delays if there is a complication or additional parts are required. Some repairs such as the liquid damage repair service, motherboard related repairs and software repairs may take longer. If there is a delay for any reason, you can track your order and we will keep you fully informed
Is There Anything I should Do Before Sending My Device?
We highly recommend you back up your device and reset it back to the original factory settings to ensure your data is safe and protected. This also ensure we can fully test the device after repair without compromising your privacy. Also please remove any pins and passwords, as this will slow down our repair service, if we need to obtain pass codes.
